A current and accessible guide to the literature on Old Testament prophecy. Utopia in everyday usage designates an idealized fantasy place, but within the interdisciplinary field of utopian studies, the term often describes the worldviews of non-dominant groups when they challenge the ruling order. In a time when white supremacy is reasserting itself in the US and around the world, there is a growing need to understand the vital relationship between race and utopia as a resource for resistance.Utopian literature opens up that relationship by envisioning and negotiating the prospect of a better future while acknowledging the brutal past. The collection fills a critical gap in both literary studies, which has largely ignored the issue of race and utopia, and utopian studies, which has said too little about race. This Companion presents an extensive historical survey of the development of utopianism, from the publication of Utopia to today's dark and despairing tendency towards dystopian pessimism, epitomised by works such as George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four and Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale.Chapters address the difficult definition of the concept of utopia, and consider its relation to science fiction and other literary genres. The volume takes an innovative approach to the major themes predominating within the utopian and dystopian literary tradition, including feminism, romance and ecology, and explores in detail the vexed question of the purportedly 'western' nature of the concept of utopia. The reader is provided with a balanced overview of the evolution and current state of a long-standing, rich tradition of historical, political and literary scholarship.A believer like William Bradford might approach a biblical passage as utopia by reading it as instructions for bringing about a significantly changed society in reality, even at the cost of becoming an oppressor. A contemporary biblical scholar might approach the same passage with the ambition of locating the historical reality behind it — finding the places it describes on a map, or arriving at a conclusion about the social reality experienced by a historical community of redactors. These utopian goals are projected onto a utopian text.

Yesterday i was adding a lot of media to my plex server, and i guess with the intro detection it was downloading a lot and caused the bandwidth issue. I believe that something similar happened last week when i first had the issue - i had added a lot of media and used plex to read the metadata in the file instead of getting it elsewhere. This mustve downloaded the files causing a bandwidth issue. What's confused me is that im getting a bandwidth issue on my backups as well as my main drive. A few months ago, if i had gotten a bandwidth error on my main drive, i would just mount the backup and everything would be fine, however now, the backups seem to be linked to the main drive. Whether this is because of the way google deduplicate content on drive, i don't know.I use crypt so technically i should be the only one with that file stored in all of drive. It seems like im getting throttled based on directory rather than the files. For example last night, I could not download anything from the 'TV Shows' folder, however the 'Youtube' folder in my drive was fine.In terms of fixing your problem, i can only suggest waiting it out and hope that it gets fixed, i didnt do anything special or particular the first time. If you're also using plex or alternatives , id recommend turning off extras like intro detection, or at least limit it to when maintenance occurs, as this seems to have caused my issues.Maybe the ones in yt folder were below the size threshold? Perhaps this was the case, as it stands, im getting a download quota error for all of the files in this drive now. Im not sure what i did last week to fix the issue, Ive not made any transfers to or from this remote for a few days now and im still getting bandwidth issues.I am having the same issue. Even on new files i upload just to test i get the "user rate limit exceeded" when trying to server side copy from my team drive to my back up team drive. I cant watch certain files on plex either some of which i was previously able to view. Ive copied TBs of data before with zero issues and now suddenly even though i havnt copied any data in over a month im getting this weird issue. At first i thought it was an RClone issue, but i think this is something google has changed behind the scenes. This post from MiniTool Partition Wizard offers you 2 solutions. Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service developed by Google. It allows users to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share files. Many people will use Google Drive to share files. They upload some files to the cloud and other people download these files. However, there is a google drive download limit. If a file on Google Drive is being viewed and downloaded by a large number of users, the file may be locked for 24 hours before the quota is reset, because Google Drive wants to minimize the potential abuse of its server.
